Success Call — Your Post-Shred Plan

Two weeks left. The reverse diet starts now. This is where most people rebound and lose everything they built — and how you don't.

Same question all week: what happens after the Shred? This video is the answer. Rather than typing it out 20 times, I've put everything in one place. Watch it even if you're going it alone from here.

⚠ Do these two things this week

1 · Fill in the Shred Goals form — takes 5 minutes

Shapes every conversation we have next. Even if you're going it alone, do this — it forces you to name what you actually want.

Fill the Goals form

2 · Book your Success Call — 25 minutes on the phone

How you found the Shred, what you want to do next, whatever you need clarity on. No pressure. Even if you just want a chat — book it.

The final two weeks — don't fade

Finishing the Shred isn't the time to fade. It's the time to focus even harder. The window is short. The work isn't done.

Right now: keep it simple. Build a repeatable meal plan you can rinse-and-repeat, limit drinks and off-plan meals, wake up daily and nail what needs to be done. Finish strong. Then we plan what's next.

The problem with the Shred (told honestly)

The Shred is short, aggressive, and it works — I've run it four times now. But it's not a lifestyle. You can't follow rigid targets year-round. The problem isn't the Shred — the problem is what happens after the Shred.

I've seen what happens when people listen. I've seen what happens when people don't. This lecture is here so you know what to do either way.

The three post-Shred pitfalls

  1. No reverse diet — straight back to old habits, weight rebounds, three steps forward, ten steps back.
  2. No structure — overeating creeps in, steps drop, you quietly lose what you built.
  3. No plan — the deficit's over, "now what?" — drifting is rebounding.

What should happen next

The reverse diet is already starting on your tracker. Slowly bring calories back up in a controlled way. You lock the results in, energy returns, digestion improves, hormones reset, and you get your health back.

That's the whole point of phasic dieting — fat loss → reverse → maintain → muscle gain → back to fat loss. Seasons of training and eating. Not one endless diet followed by a rebound.

Think in seasons, not weeks

You're in this body for the rest of your life. Real progress happens in seasons and phases, not one long grind.

A few honest ones: you don't track forever. I don't recommend it — long-term tracking borders on disordered behaviour. The goal of everything we've done is to eventually teach you to eat well without weighing every bite.

Sit with these questions. Actually sit with them:

  • Where do I want to be in 3 months?
  • Where do I want to be in 6 months?
  • Where do I want to be this time next year?

Summer's pretty much on top of us when this ends. Leaner, stronger, more confident — that isn't vain, that's a great thing to want.

Real Shred graduates — what actually happened next

Matias — 113 kg → 94-97 kg

Started the Shred at 113 kg. Finished around 105. Since then, through 1:1 coaching, he's dropped to sitting between 94-97 kg lean. Got his purple belt. Competed. Multiple holidays in the diary. Busy dad, busy husband, full plate. Completely natural — no peptides, no PEDs. This is what commitment to the seasons of coaching actually looks like.

Kert — 85 kg → leaner, then jacked

Came in at 85 kg, cut to 82, then we deliberately shifted to a rebuilding phase. He's now visibly jacked — and again, natural. Had two significant injuries along the way (ankle tear, then a knee), which is where most people quit. He didn't. Cut → reverse → kept training → rehabbed properly. 15 months in and still working together. That's what a plan and a coach gets you.

Liam — 97 kg → 88-90 kg lean, jacked

Started the Shred at 97 kg. Ran the full roadmap: Shred → second quick fat-loss phase → diet break → muscle gain phase → mini-cut before a holiday → then a big muscle gain block. Sits lean around 88-90 kg now. It's not just a diet — it's a full year of phases planned to a T.

Shred vs 1:1 coaching — the honest comparison

The Shred is group coaching. Structured, works brilliantly as a kickstart. But it's the same plan for everyone. One weekly check-in. Group Q&A. No long-term roadmap. Not built around your specific life.

1:1 coaching is a completely different thing:

  • A full-year roadmap. Every phase planned around your holidays, comps, work, injuries. (Example: one client's next 12 months are mapped — strength run through September, diet break Sept-Oct, lean gain phase Oct-Jan, holding phase through Christmas, then a cut in the new year.)
  • Fully individualised nutrition. Not just a calorie number — full split, timings, refeeds, structure.
  • Training built around your life. Shifts, kids, injuries, comp prep, all factored.
  • Weekly feedback — proper analysis. Not "nice one, mate." Actual review of the tracker, the training, the trend.
  • Direct access to me in your pocket (I take weekends off — not 24/7, but responsive).
  • Protocols for peptides / PEDs / bloodwork if that's the direction you're going.

One thing to know: my coaching isn't hand-holding. I don't believe in it. If you need someone in your pocket 24/7 you'll fall apart post-coaching. My job is to build you into someone who can run this yourself — with the right structure behind you.

What's happening for the next 2 weeks

Written check-ins continue while I run these calls. When you're ready:

  1. Book on the Success Call link (25 mins on the phone).
  2. Fill in the Shred Goals form before we speak — it makes the call 10× more useful.

The call itself is a nice chat. How you found the Shred, what you want next, clarity. No pressure. Even if you just want a chat — book it. I want you to leave the Shred with everything you need.

The 1:1 offer

  • 10-13 spots only.
  • First come, first served (there are ~8 slots left on Thursdays and a couple on Fridays as of this recording).
  • Shred graduate rate: £129/month instead of the standard £149.
  • Prices are going up soon — the discount doesn't apply outside this group.
  • End of the year, I'll almost certainly be running a waiting list.

If you want to keep the results, keep progressing, and roll into long-term coaching — book the call.
